บริษัท เอ็นเนอร์จิกา จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ.2548 โดยดำเนินธุรกิจด้าน การอนุรักษ์พลังงาน, พลังงานทดแทน, การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและคุณภาพอากาศในอาคาร ได้จดทะเบียนเป็นบริษัทจัดการพลังงาน (ESCO) ที่สถาบันพลังงานเพื่ออุตสาหกรรมและเป็นสมาชิกสมาคมบริษัทจัดการพลังงานไทย ประเภทสามัญ ตลอดจนได้ขึ้นทะเบียนเป็นบริษัทที่ปรึกษาด้านพลังงานกับกระทรวงการคลัง

      จากสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน ทางบริษัท เอ็นเนอร์จิกา จำกัด ได้มุ่งเน้นการให้บริการด้านพลังงานและสิ่งแวดล้อม เพื่อสร้างสังคมคาร์บอนต่ำ เข้ากับนโยบายภาคอาคารและอุตสาหกรรม ตามเป้าหมาย Carbon Neutrality ในปี คศ.2050 และ Net Zero ในปี คศ.2065 ของประเทศไทย และสอดคล้องกับธุรกิจยุคใหม่ที่มีกรอบการดำเนินธุรกิจที่คำนึงถึงสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และธรรมาธิบาล (Environmental Social and corporate governance)

     Energica Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, and our business includes energy services, renewable energy, environmental management, and indoor air quality. Energica was registered as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) at the Institute of Energy for the Federation of Thai Industries and has become a member of the Thai Energy Service Company Association (General Type).  Energica was also registered as a company for energy consulting with the Ministry of Finance.

     Based on the current situation, Energica focuses on providing energy and environmental services to create a low-carbon society in both the building and industrial sectors. The policies of Energica have been set up in accordance with the Carbon Neutrality in 2050 and Net Zero in 2065 of Thailand and with a modern business framework realizing responsibilities for the environment, society, and governance.
